VAT is currently already included in the price. However, if you order outside of Europe, you may encounter customs duties which are beyond our control. This will depend on our location.
PYKE Watches can’t control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Feel free to contact us for information in this case.
After your payment is verified, it will take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 4pm CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. All orders after 4pm CET on Friday will be shipped the following monday.
Although our watches are water resistant up to 3ATM, we do NOT advise bringing the watch in contact with water. Water damage is not covered under warranty. We will do everything we can to fix the watch in our service center, but this may not always bring the results we would like. If we are unable to fix the watch, we will offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
PYKE Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from www.pykewatches.com. If the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. A Warranty claim will be determined by the extent of the damage done. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.
